We typically camp at sites with electric and water hookups, so we also bring our mini fridge/freezer fully stocked (we plug it in 24 hours before the trip and stock it, so it acts as a cooler for the 2-5hr car ride). In addition to the list below, we also pack a food box with dry, non-refrigerated items like bags of chips, graham crackers, marshmallows, bread/bagels/tortillas, peanut butter, applesauce pouches, baby food, canned vegetables, croutons, and dressings/condiments if unopened.
